Qualifications

• Interviewing applicants and gathering information for CIP/LIEAP
• Explain program criteria and advise clients on other services
• Knowledge of CIP, LIEAP, and related assistance programs

Responsibilities

• Conduct Information Gathering / Interviewing to assess emergency needs
• Verify information to determine eligibility and required documentation
• Determine eligibility and prepare client approvals and vendor communications
• Explain rights and responsibilities and refer to other agency services
