Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to collect information for applications and changes.
• Verify information with clients and organizations as required.
• Evaluate eligibility according to policy and procedures.
• Enter data into NC FAST and notify clients of status.
• Participate in intake, eligibility determinations, and case maintenance.
• Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
