Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general assistance to eligibility staff in routine daily SNAP/TANF tasks.
• Promote positive customer service within the Division of Family Assistance.
• Greet customers, hand out applications, collect and scan documents, and schedule appointments.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosks and the customer portal.
• Manage the front desk, answer phones, and handle voicemails and mail.
• Maintain employment/resource boards, signage, and lobby pamphlets.
• Register applications and provide frontline coverage for walk-ins.
• Enter and upload documents into databases and filing systems.
