Responsibilities

• Assists eligibility staff with routine daily SNAP and TANF activities.
• Greet customers and distribute applications and materials; assist with questions and scheduling.
• Help customers with self-service options such as kiosks and the customer portal.
• Manage office drop box contents and process new documents on receipt.
• Maintain employment and resource boards and restock lobby pamphlets.
• Provide front desk coverage: answer phones, register applications, and route inquiries.
• Process mail and faxes; enter and upload documents into databases and filing systems.
