Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to determine initial eligibility for assistance programs.
• Explain program details and determine ongoing eligibility needs.
• Process applications for financial assistance and related programs.
• Evaluate data for completeness and accuracy to substantiate eligibility.
• Compute assistance plans and determine allowances for special circumstances.
• Assess education, work experience, and social functioning factors.
• Evaluate client employability and explore income sources.
