Responsibilities

• Process applications for financial assistance and determine eligibility and benefit levels.
• Monitor cases for changes and reflect updates within guidelines.
• Prepare reports and maintain client records; refer clients to service workers as needed.
• Identify potential fraud and ensure data accuracy.
