You will manage budgets, mentor a team of Field Supervisors and Project Managers, and collaborate with the General Manager – Service to align with regional objectives.

You will build strong customer relationships, drive process improvements, and ensure safety and quality across operations, while guiding profitability and service excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, management, or engineering.
• Experience leading teams and managing P&L for a service-oriented organization.
• Strong budgeting, planning and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance and service delivery across the portfolio.
• Lead a team of Field Superintendents and Project Managers, setting objectives and guiding performance.
• Develop and manage territory operational budgets and cost controls.
