Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service requests for maintenance, emergency repairs, entrapments, callbacks, and inspections.
• Monitor technician availability, location, certifications, and workload to assign calls efficiently.
• Maintain daily schedules and preventive maintenance routes for timely completion.
• Coordinate with Supervisors to match skills and licensing with assignments.
• Provide customers with timely updates on status, arrivals, and changes.
• Document all activities in dispatching and service management systems.
• Follow up on open service requests to ensure resolution.
