Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage sensitive employee relations with proven leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing tradespeople.
• Flexibility to be on-call as needed.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior Project Management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee elevator modernization projects, managing field technicians and multiple projects to meet safety, schedule, quality, and cost targets.
• Coordinate scheduling, material procurement, and field logistics to ensure timely project completion.
• Track progress and labor allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Manage project documentation including invoicing, change orders, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain relationships with union representatives and support staffing needs.
