Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2 years minimum: mechanical engineering understanding (print reading).
• 2 years minimum: supply chain and industrialization knowhow and experience.
• 2 years minimum: analytical competency (data mining, problem analysis; strong Excel skills).
• SAP knowledge of material management, including design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret mechanical drawings, layout plans, exploded views, specifications, and installation tolerances.
• Evaluate mechanical safety devices including governors, safeties, buffers, and braking systems for proper condition and operation.
• Ensure that all troubleshooting and corrective recommendations comply with applicable codes, standards, and company safety requirements.
• Support mechanical verification following major repairs, component replacement, or adjustments.
• Validate proper mechanical operation through observation, measurement, and functional testing.
• Confirm that systems are stable, safe, and suitable for return to normal service.
• Provide in-depth technical support for door systems, hoisting machines, and related components.
• Diagnose ride quality issues from a mechanical perspective.
• Support alignment, adjustment, and setting of mechanical systems after repair or replacement.
