Elevation Church invites you to join the Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program in Charlotte, NC. Over five months, you'll work with campus leaders, develop ministry skills, and gain hands-on experience while making an eternal impact.

You will be paired with a staff mentor, collaborate with campus teams, and gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model. This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship beginning in January and ending in June.

The Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop leaders to serve the local church.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Over a five-month period, you will have the opportunity to work with various campus leaders and work on various campus-related projects to develop your technical skills while making an eternal impact (The semester runs from January 11 to June 13).
• You will be paired with a staff mentor for feedback and development.
• You’ll collaborate and work closely with campus teams.
• You will gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model.
• This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship in Charlotte, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in cultural, leadership, and developmental teachings prevalent in your growth as a campus staff member.
• Assist with overall campus leadership, executing the church's vision.
• Partner with a campus team to pastor volunteers, execute the weekend experience, and plan for strategic growth initiatives.

MUST-HAVES
