Elevation Church invites you to join the Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program in Charlotte, NC. Over five months, you'll work with campus leaders, develop ministry skills, and gain hands-on experience while making an eternal impact.

You will be paired with a staff mentor, collaborate with campus teams, and gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model. This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship beginning in January and ending in June.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire to pursue vocational ministry.
• Passion to pastor people and build leaders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cultural, leadership, and developmental teachings.
• Assist with campus leadership and execute the church's vision.
• Partner with campus teams to pastor volunteers and plan growth initiatives.
