Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales at our M Street location. You will role model our Customer First values, assist customers with product knowledge, and keep the store neat, clean, and well-presented.

Qualified candidates demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales and meet daily goals.
• Explain loyalty programs and maximize customer engagement.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and assistance.
• Support fellow employees and share knowledge across the team.
• Assist customers in styling and creating outfit recommendations.
• Promote brand channels and cross-sell additional products.
• Process register transactions accurately per procedures.
• Restock and organize merchandise and backroom areas.
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe sales floors and stockrooms.
• Handle shipment processing, floorsets, and replenishment SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and elevate issues when needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
