Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be available 7 days per week and/or as needed to satisfy successful operation of the restaurant.
• Must be certified through the Moe’s training program and complete the 30-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a hearty “Welcome to Moe’s” upon entry.
• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant in line with company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to manage guest flow while maintaining labor cost standards.
• Train and develop management and crew using the current Moe’s training program.
• Evaluate performance and design development plans with employees to improve performance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and team; provide coaching and progressive discipline as warranted.
• Conduct pre-shift crew meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Control inventory to meet GAP/Variance and COGS standards and meet company needs.
• Maintain reports and records as required by standards and regulations; ensure proper building and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to cash procedures, ensure professional appearance, and uphold sanitation, safety and security policies.
