STK Boston is seeking a Food Runner to help deliver an elevated guest experience by ensuring food is delivered quickly, accurately, and beautifully presented. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a smooth flow from kitchen to guests.

This role requires a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and basic English for guest interactions. You should be able to stand long hours, lift 20 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure prompt and correct food delivery.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food according to quality standards and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items for accurate descriptions.
• Track table numbers, seats, and floor plan for efficient service.
• Assist servers and bussers with guest requests and service needs.
• Keep service area clean and organized and follow health/sanitation rules.
• Support restaurant setup, cleaning, and general tasks as directed.
