Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high levels of guest service in a polished bar environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area per standards and health rules.
• Work efficiently to ensure timely beverage service during peak hours.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen to support smooth service flow.
• Prepare cocktails with precise measurements following recipes to ensure consistency.
• Ensure prep items are labeled, dated and stocked for service.
