Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and responsible service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Operate efficiently during high-volume service periods across bars and events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across bar and service areas.
• Process orders and payments using POS systems and manage tabs.
• Assist with bar setup, inventory, and opening/closing duties.
• Follow safety guidelines and hotel operational procedures.
• Collaborate with servers and culinary teams to support operations.
• Support promotions and beverage programs to drive engagement and revenue.
