Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible with long hours.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to medium weights.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet space and service stations according to BEO and function requirements.
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional manner.
• Read and follow Banquet Event Orders and menu descriptions.
• Address guest questions and concerns; escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain banquet storage, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
• Close out service and return space to ready condition after events.
• Adhere to money handling procedures during service.
• Support other duties as assigned by management.
