Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest service at our Colorado venue. You will learn menus, assist with banquet events, and ensure high-quality service from setup to breakdown within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on food and beverage knowledge, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to work around busy event schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food & beverage knowledge and hospitality operations awareness.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Ability to engage guests at all levels and respond to requests promptly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel banquet environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine service standards in accordance with hotel policies.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance; prepare for inspections.
• Polish china, glass, silver, and holloware; set up and break down buffets.
• Perform banquet sidework and assist with food and beverage assembly.
• Deliver high-quality meeting room setups, service, and presentation.
