Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server in Billings, MT to ensure exceptional guest experiences at weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. This role involves setup, service, and breakdown in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with emphasis on hospitality, safety, and cleanliness.

You will prepare and maintain beverage stations, serve meals, manage event flow, and support audiovisual setup when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or food and beverage service preferred but not required.
• Clear professional English communication.
• Customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Team player with ability to follow directions.
• Physical ability to lift 30-40 pounds as needed.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests during banquets and catered events.
• Set up banquet rooms per event orders with tables, linens, and stations.
• Maintain beverage stations and food displays, ensure stock and cleanliness.
• Serve plated meals, family-style or buffet service as directed.
• Deliver items to guests and check accuracy.
• Clear tables and reset dining areas throughout events.
• Coordinate with banquet captains and teammates for seamless execution.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
