Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Banquet Server in Bozeman, MT to deliver high-quality food and beverage service at banquet events. You will greet guests, present menus, suggest pairings, relay orders, and maintain clean, organized banquet spaces.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and basic math for handling payments. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Banquet or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and guest service.
• Greet guests warmly and take prompt drink orders.
• Present the menu, answer guest questions, and suggest food and beverage options.
• Suggest wine pairings where appropriate.
• Relay orders to kitchen and beverage services promptly.
• Monitor guests to fulfill additional requests and anticipate needs after meals.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Complete assigned side work and keep work/storage areas clean.
• Assist with setup, cleaning, and refreshing banquet function rooms.
• Attend department meetings and follow directions from the Banquet Manager.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including MSDS.
