Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as banquet server or similar food & beverage role preferred
• Proficient in English communication
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Ability to work in a team, follow directions from supervisors and captains
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Physical ability to lift 30–40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests during banquets, meetings, and catered events
• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces per orders and diagrams
• Prepare and maintain beverage stations, buffet lines, and food displays
• Serve plated meals, family-style or buffet service as directed
• Deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely manner
• Clear tables and reset dining areas throughout events
• Coordinate with banquet captains and team for seamless event execution
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash or payment transactions when required
• Report guest concerns or incidents promptly
