Job summary

Holiday-In in Missoula, Montana is seeking a reliable Banquet Server to provide exceptional service at events and meetings. You will set up and break down banquet tables, and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

Ideal candidates have previous banquet or similar experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; tipping applies and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet server or similar experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet tables, linens, tableware, and centerpieces.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner, refilling as needed.
• Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
