Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed event orders and work well within a team.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as required by Utah state law, or willingness to obtain applicable certifications.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders and resort standards.
• Provide professional, attentive, and friendly service to all banquet guests.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu for each event and answer guest questions.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests and concerns.
• Break down and clean banquet spaces after events.
