The position offers a training wage of $16.50/hour with a service charge pool as compensation, plus benefits like employee dining, resort discounts, a Season Pass, and a 401(k) match. Weekend, holiday, and peak-season availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent hospitality skills and guest-centric mindset.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Comfort with heavy lifting and fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Service Permits within 30 days.
• Valid drivers license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests during events.
• Execute buffet service, plated meals, and passed appetizers to resort standards.
• Assist with full event setup including tables, buffets, linens, and service stations.
• Perform room flips and resets, including moving and arranging heavy tables and furniture.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and event spaces during all phases of service.
• Collaborate with Sales & Catering, Culinary, Supervisors, and Management.
