Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Utah is seeking a Banquet Server to join Black Rock Mountain Resort in Heber City. You will deliver flawless service at events and support the banquet team to create memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has banquet or restaurant serving experience, strong guest service and communication skills, and can follow detailed event orders. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills required.
• Ability to follow detailed event orders and work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders and resort standards.
• Provide professional, attentive service to all banquet guests.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and respond to guest questions.
• Communicate effectively with Banquet Captain, Event Manager, and kitchen staff.
