Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, event planning, or related fields.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices, vendor management, or financial administration.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for retail learning programs and events, including venue, travel, catering, AV, materials, and communications.
• Administer learning activities in the LMS and manage enrollment, attendance, and data.
• Track participation, completion, and reach across stores and regions; analyze results for improvements.
• Support budget administration, vendor onboarding, invoices, and accounts payable.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs with Tiffany & Co. brand standards.
