The Township of Union Public Schools seeks an Elementary Math Instructional Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This paid position, funded by ESEA, requires a valid NJ teaching certificate in math content and grade level, plus at least five years of teaching experience with effective or highly effective ratings.

The Township of Union Public Schools is seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and qualified Elementary Math Instructional Coach

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a valid appropriate content/grade-level New Jersey standard instructional certificate.
• Have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience with effective or highly effective ratings.
• Hold a Master's Degree from an accredited college (preferred).
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching subject-area content, child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, assessment, data analysis and application, and research related to content area and teaching pedagogy.

SALARY RANGE:

$70,500 - $100,904 in accordance with the UTEA Agreement based on education and experience.
