Job summary

The Township of Union Public Schools is seeking a qualified coordinator for the Jefferson RTI Expansion Program for the 2026-2027 school year. This $2,500 stipend role is held in addition to a current assignment and supports planning, implementation, and monitoring of Jefferson RTI intervention sessions.

The coordinator will collaborate with teachers, counselors, coaches and admin to ensure pull-out time meets student needs.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification with Principal or Supervision certificate.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Genesis rostering and IXL reporting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and act on student achievement data.
• Experience with tiered intervention models and IMSE implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a school-wide schedule for WIN periods in collaboration with administration and grade-level teams.
• Ensure consistent use of data to group students appropriately for intervention or enrichment.
• Support the implementation of systems to track student progress.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data (e.g., LinkIt, iReady, classroom assessments) to measure the impact of the intervention sessions.
• Serve as liaison between instructional staff and administration regarding intervention sessions.
• Provide regular updates on the RIT period outcomes, needs, and successes.
• Ensure that intervention rosters are organized and ready.
• Schedule sessions and process all timesheets.

The Township of Union Public Schools is seeking highly motivated and experienced staff to serve as a Coordinator for the Jefferson RTI Expansion Program. This $2500 stipend role is held in addition to a current assignment and is designed to support the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of Jefferson RTI intervention support class. They will work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, coaches, and admin to ensure that the pull‑out program time meets the needs of students.
