Champaign Unit 4 Schools Elementary (PreK-5) is seeking a Teaching and Learning Coordinator to lead curriculum, instruction, and assessment development, implementation, and evaluation across the district. You will collaborate with building administrators, coaches, and teachers to ensure alignment with standards and data-informed practices.

Formación

• Must hold Illinois Professional Educator License with general education endorsement.
• Strong knowledge of culturally responsive education and pedagogy.
• Knowledge of both Elementary and Middle School programming.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and its application to practice.
• Minimum of five years teaching experience (preferred).
• Master's Degree or National Board Certification (preferred).
• Leadership experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate curriculum, instruction, and assessments district-wide.
• Provide professional development for staff on data analysis and standards implementation.
• Collaborate with principals, teachers, and administrators to ensure continuity of the instructional program.
• Assist with textbook adoption cycles and resources alignment.
• Coordinate data analysis and program evaluation with instructional leaders.
• Support Gifted and Enrichment program integration across the district.
• Monitor RtI processes and district magnet programming.
• Share best practices and participate in district curriculum committees.
