Arbor Associates in Providence, RI, is seeking an Elementary Co-Teacher on a contract-to-hire basis for Kindergarten, 2nd, or 5th grade. You will co-teach with an experienced educator, plan lessons aligned to RI standards, and support 30–32 students with inclusive practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-teach alongside an experienced classroom teacher, sharing instructional delivery, classroom management, and student support responsibilities.
• Plan and deliver grade-appropriate lessons aligned with Rhode Island state standards and school curriculum.
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all students in a diverse classroom of 30–32 students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet varied learning needs, including students with IEPs and English language learners.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment in partnership with your co-teacher.
• Communicate regularly with families, school staff, and Arbor regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and grade-level team collaboration as required.
