Arbor Associates is seeking three Elementary Co-Teachers for contract-to-hire placements at a Providence, RI public school—one for Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, and 5th Grade. Each room hosts 30–32 students and two teachers, emphasizing collaboration and shared instructional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Co-teach alongside the lead classroom teacher, sharing instructional delivery and classroom management.
• Plan and deliver grade-appropriate lessons aligned with state standards and school curriculum.
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students in a diverse classroom of 30–32.
• Differentiate instruction for varied learning needs, including IEPs and ELL.
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment with your co-teacher.
• Communicate regularly with families, school staff, and Arbor about student progress.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and grade-level collaboration as required.
