Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time LifeWise teacher to share the gospel with public school students using the LifeWise curriculum in classroom settings, building relationships, praying for students, and promoting redemptive discipline.

The ideal candidate is an active church participant with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a mature Christian faith, willing to complete training, attend LifeWise gatherings, and collaborate with school staff to support student well-being.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience with students in a school or church setting.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Invest in connecting with students through relationships and prayer.
• Maintain an organized classroom and appropriate attendance/roster records.
• Communicate with program director and school officials, and promote LifeWise mission.
