Job summary

Navra in Rock Hill, SC seeks an Elementary Self-contained Special Education teacher to support mild disabilities (8 students, 2 paras). This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 35–37.5 hours weekly, with licensure and credentialing support provided.

You will develop and implement IEPs, adapt curriculum and behaviors, collaborate with general education staff and families, and document progress for compliance and IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Requires active South Carolina Multi-Cat Special Education Teaching License.
• In-person, Monday–Friday schedule.
• Experience with IEPs and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs for students with diverse learning needs.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies for elementary learners.
• Implement behavior management strategies and positive supports.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
