Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a school-based, on-site role in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This full-time position (37-39 hours per week) serves elementary students (K–5) with specialized instruction, IEP development, and collaboration with educators, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive dual school district and TheraPeds backing, and earn $50–$68 per hour with guaranteed hours and structured planning time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Special Education required.
• Active State License/Certification in Special Education for South Carolina.
• Fingerprinting and background check clearance required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and case management services.
• Develop, implement and monitor IEPs.
• Coordinate special education services and evaluations.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
