The ideal candidate must possess a valid MN teaching license and strong skills in classroom management and instructional strategies, contributing to a dynamic educational experience for students in a Title I Charter School.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience.
• Knowledge and experience with due process procedures.
• Ability to adapt instructional routines for diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in grade-level content based on their IEPs.
• Provide direct instruction to students receiving special education.
• Collaborate with general education teachers for small group instruction.
