Qualifications

• Must be eligible or hold Delaware certification for Elementary Grades or Early Childhood and Exceptional Children.
• Criminal Background Report acceptable and no Child Protection Registry entries.
• Successful Praxis II tests and student teaching placement.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver IEPs based on assessments and progress toward goals.
• Differentiate instruction to address diverse learning styles across core subjects.
• Implement and monitor behavioral and social-emotional supports in a structured classroom.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and IEPs.
