Responsibilities

• Provide special education services and supports to eligible students.
• Deliver one-to-one or small group instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Assist in creating a productive learning environment aligned with goals.
• Assess progress and collect data toward IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate student progress records.
• Administer and score tests as needed.
• Implement behavioral management strategies as directed.
• Prepare instructional materials and manage bathroom/feeding tasks when required.
• Assist with assistive technology and related services.
• Attend required trainings and adapt to student needs.
