Job summary

KIPP Baltimore is seeking a Special Education Teacher for Elementary to build a candidate pool and serve as an integrated co‑teacher in Early Childhood. The role is full-time and based in Baltimore City Public Schools, starting immediately.

You will collaborate with grade-level teams, interventionists, and the principal to design data‑driven, inclusive lessons that address diverse learning needs while advancing literacy and social‑emotional skills.

Qualifications

• Maryland State Teacher Certification or eligibility to obtain certification (Required)
• Eligible for hire by Baltimore City Public Schools (Required)
• Two years of teaching experience in a public school (Strongly Preferred)
• Passion for working with students from historically resilient communities (Required)
• Experience teaching in a predominantly African American environment (Preferred)
