Applitrack is seeking an Occupational Therapist LTS to provide screening, assessment, program development, and therapy for special education students birth-21 at Akin Road Elementary. This 1.0 FTE position runs 12/21/26 through 6/3/27, with the daily rate of $283–$579 dependent on education and experience.

Responsibilities include collaboration with parents, teachers, and aides, development of treatment plans, and supervision of assistants. Minnesota licensure required.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Occupational Therapy by Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
• One year pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Apply OT evaluation tools and report results.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Supervise OT assistants and participate in IEP meetings.
• Complete MA billing for applicable students.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and aides.
• Provide direct and indirect OT services in various settings.
• Participate in Child Study Teams and team meetings.
