• Must successfully complete the MSHSAA/NFHS Coaching Principles Course and Sports First Aid Courses.
• Knowledge of the sport philosophy and coaching principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate softball with a full team in compliance with MSHSAA standards.
• Assist in implementing athletic standards per MSHSAA Handbook and attend required sessions.
• Assist in program coordination and supervision of student-athletes at practices and contests.
• Organize and schedule practices to develop student-athletes' potential.
• Ensure safety precautions and up-to-date injury management procedures.
