Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our contracted, full-time team supporting kindergarten and first-grade students in two elementary buildings. The role blends case management (about 25 students) with related service provision (about 25 students) for autistic support, designing interventions and delivering direct therapy.

Work is on-site, Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, ASAP through May 2027.

Qualifications

• Must hold SLP-CCC certification (ASHA).
• Experience in school settings, preferably K–1.
• Familiarity with autism supports and strategies.
• Ability to manage IEPs and related services.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and design intervention plans.
• Manage IEP documentation as case manager.
• Consult with educational teams and families.
• Support a mixed caseload with direct services and case management.
• Work on-site, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–3:30 pm, ASAP through May 2027.
