Job summary

Thrive Therapy Center is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role, either full- or part-time, to support a small elementary caseload. You will deliver individualized therapy and collaborate with teachers and special education staff to shape treatment plans.

The position starts immediately with potential to grow into a full-time role. A strong team environment and meaningful clinical work are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY-eligibility.
• Experience with elementary students and IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on speech/language therapy to students in a resource setting.
• Working alongside special ed staff to carry out treatment strategies day to day.
• Keeping documentation current, progress notes, IEP contributions, the works.
• Coaching families and staff so progress carries over outside of sessions.
• Helping foster a classroom environment where every learner feels supported.

Job description

We're looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a full or part-time contract basis, supporting a small caseload of elementary students. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who wants meaningful, focused clinical work without a full-time commitment while still leaving the door open for expanded hours down the line.

About the Role

You'll work directly with elementary students delivering individualized speech and language therapy designed to build real communication skills and confidence. You'll partner closely with classroom teachers and special education staff to shape treatment plans.

The assignment starts immediately. There's potential to grow into a full-time position if that's something you're interested in.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP certification, or CFY-eligible
• Comfortable juggling assessments, IEP development, and progress tracking
• Solid communicator who works well as part of a team
