Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic school environment. This full-time, onsite contract role emphasizes collaboration with educators and families to foster communication skills and academic success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current SLP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
• Experience in a school setting preferred; motivated new graduates considered.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver services onsite and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language services to a diverse student population.
• Assess students and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes per district requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Advocate for students’ communication needs within the educational setting.
