Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a CT school district. This full-time, on-site role spans two possible locations, with a multi-year contract and IEP-driven responsibilities.

The position emphasizes collaboration with educators and families to advance student outcomes. Qualified candidates hold a CT SLP license; CCC is preferred and CFs may be considered under supervisor bandwidth.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in CT required.
• CCC certification strongly preferred; CFs considered if supervision bandwidth permits.
• Prior school-based experience is essential.
• Experience with elementary-level caseloads highly desirable.
• Must complete district fingerprints and background checks before starting.
• Upfront license verification accelerates onboarding.
• SLPAs are not being considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with their IEPs.
• Manage a varied caseload, potentially splitting time between two sites as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success.
• Document assessments, progress reports, and therapy sessions in compliance with district expectations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions.
• Maintain timely communication with supervisors and families.
