ProCare Therapy in Connecticut seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a full-time, on-site role. The contract runs through June 11, 2027 and may require work across two school sites to serve a diverse caseload.

Ideal candidates hold an active CT SLP license; CCC is encouraged and CF supervision is available. The position involves a 35-hour workweek, onsite interviews, and competitive compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC is strongly encouraged.
• Open to Clinical Fellows with supervision.
• Willingness to split caseload between two elementary sites.
• Elementary caseload experience is preferred.
• No SLPAs for this role.
• Must clear fingerprinting and background check.
• Upfront licensure completion valued.
• Ability to attend virtual interviews.
• Strong collaborative and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students.
• Develop and implement IEPs with evidence-based therapy.
• Document student performance and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
• Travel between two school sites as scheduled.
• Participate in student support and IEP meetings.
