Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students near Ellijay, GA for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract runs August 3, 2026 through May 26, 2027, with direct SLP services aligned to IEPs.

The ideal candidate holds a Georgia SLP license and teaching certificate; CCC is preferred and CFY candidates considered. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to promote communication skills and inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia SLP license and current teaching certificate required.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates also considered.
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is valued.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in an elementary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students as outlined in their IEPs.
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and enriching educational atmosphere.
