Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an elementary school caseload near Monroe, GA. This onsite, full-time contract runs through May 2027 and focuses on delivering direct and consultative services to improve student communication and learning outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and GA licensure or eligibility, with school-based experience preferred. Collaboration with educators and families is central to the position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification and GA licensure or eligibility.
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to an elementary caseload.
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication in the classroom.
• Maintain thorough records and timely data collection per district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations as needed.
