Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-language Pathologist for an elementary school setting in New Jersey. You will provide direct therapy, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families. The position runs through June 25, 2027, with a 35-hour weekly schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:15 AM–3:15 PM).

Comprehensive onboarding is required, with testing materials supplied by you. Applicants must hold valid NJ SLP licensure (CCC-SLP) and have school-based experience; CF/SLPA candidates are not

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey SLP licensure required (CCC-SLP).
• Prior experience in a school-based SLP setting.
• Ability to navigate district policies and school environments.
• Caseload management with diverse needs.
• Ability to conduct thorough testing, assessments, and evaluations.
• Must supply testing materials.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to the school site.
• Onboarding requirements: TB test, physical, and fingerprinting.
• CF or SLPA applications not accepted due to supervision limitations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet students' needs.
