Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in a vibrant school setting. The role runs Sept 4 through June 25 with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:15 AM–3:15 PM, totaling 35 hours weekly.

You will evaluate, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with staff to support elementary students. Required: NJ SLP license (CCC), school-based experience, ability to handle an elementary caseload and complete onboarding processes including TB, physical, and fingerprints.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey SLP license (CCC required).
• Experience in school-based settings.
• Proficient in evaluations, testing, and assessments.
• Reliable to manage a full elementary caseload independently.
• Willing to complete district onboarding requirements (TB, physical, fingerprints).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the area.
• Not eligible if a Clinical Fellow or SLP-A due to supervision constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to an assigned elementary caseload.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators and families to support progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention plans.
• Maintain effective communication with the school team to monitor progress.
